環(huán)件自動(dòng)鍛造生產(chǎn)線構(gòu)成︰搬運(yùn)原材料的裝取料機(jī)、用于開(kāi)坯的油壓機(jī)、坯料搬運(yùn)及定位的機(jī)械手、進(jìn)行環(huán)件軋制的數(shù)控徑軸向輾環(huán)機(jī)、環(huán)件搬出的機(jī)械手、對(duì)環(huán)件翹曲進(jìn)行矯正的矯正壓機(jī)等。本生產(chǎn)線各單機(jī)之間能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng)操作控制，坯料環(huán)件可自動(dòng)進(jìn)行輸送、搬運(yùn)、定位軋制、在線檢測(cè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了環(huán)件鍛造過(guò)程自動(dòng)化。本生產(chǎn)線能與工廠的管理層進(jìn)行聯(lián)網(wǎng)，顯示終端能對(duì)生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，若監(jiān)控員監(jiān)控到故障能通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通知現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的維護(hù)人員及時(shí)進(jìn)行維護(hù)。

    Automatic forging ring production line consist of loading manipulator used to carrying material, hydraulic pressmachine used to make blank,forging manipulator used to clamp blank, radial-axial CNC ring rolling machineused to produce ring, manipulator used to unloading ring, corrective press machine used to correct warpingring.
